This connection between classes can help students want to work harder because they see what all the other students are doing which is connecting them at the same time. This may be a distraction because kids might just sit and talk back and forth to kids from other classes, but if a teacher is in charge of the students’ accounts, then they can just log of students who may not be doing what they are supposed to be doing. Edmodo also eliminates the fact that students might come across not school appropriate content, so Edmodo is an excellent social media site because it is closed just for the students in the school, and it can connect students on what each class is working on.
