OBJECTIVES OF THE PLAN 1) Rebrand the Organization a) Our plan is to make the Rams the new face of Los Angeles b) We plan on changing the logo of our organization c) Build on our already existing fan base and add on to our already existing fan base in St. Louis. Make a new fan base in the Los Angles area and also the state of California 2) Sell Out All Home Games a) The Rams already have a wonderful fan base when they played there a few decades ago one of our goals is to reach out to that fan base and try to get them to all of our home games b) We want the fans to get involved into this organization and fill up all the seat for every home game c) We have well planned events to get all of the fans into the games d) We plan on using numerous social media sites to fulfil this goal 3) …show more content…
Some fans may dislike us because we left L.A. some years ago. We also want to keep the loyalty from our St. Louis area. We don't want the St. Louis fan base to dislike us because we moved away. b) Gain Loyalty by making events for the people of Los Angeles to come and support our Rams c) Have competitive events for the fans to win prizes and tickets to the games d) These events will be ran through our publicity
