Lady Macbeth influences Macbeth significantly into committing the murders. In Act 1, Scene 5 Lady Macbeth receives the news by Macbeth’s letter of Macbeth’s success at war. Immediately, we see Lady Macbeth’s manipulation of her husband, “yet do I fear thy nature: it is too full o’ the milk of human kindness”.
