Marco Goebell, is a commanding officer in Ravensbruck concentration camp. His boots are made of a very fine lavish black leather and his uniform consists of a black military uniform. Unanimously his demeanor is very intimidating being six foot two and having a robust muscular muscle tone. The particular area of the camp he works at is next to the crematory, where he shovels the ashes of dead Jews, Gypsies and Romanians. Personally he know’s that Germany has recently been losing the war, in spite of what German propaganda says. The Soviet’s have won the battle of Stalingrad and the Red army is gaining territory. Dragging along his feet that didn’t seem like his any more, that just seemed like heavy anchors dropping, like in the story of Moby Dick. In reality the only thought that kept him going was his question of whether or not to fight for society. After all, in a life such as his the only way to move on is through psychological mind tricks, such as the ones used in Brave New World. The vigours of life’s necessities no longer pervaded him as much as it did in the past. Like in the capture of York during the Scottish/English war, this was a annihilation of all prisoners. Around a hundred SS shot all of the prisoners on the spot. The bloodshed was petrifying, one, twenty, a hundred prisoners were shot by every volley. After the carnage was over, all the bodies of the dead lied on the ground, Goebell was the only person among the prisoners alive. Once the SS guards, his former companions saw him left they stopped shooting. This sporadic event ended with the guards uniformly taking him as prisoner.
