On a crisp evening in a candle lit dining room in a dark and dreary castle Macbeth enters the room looking rather merry. He proceeds to welcome us looking quite happy to see us all. He then has us take a seat which were divided by our ranks. He tells us that his wife, Lady Macbeth, will be out shortly to welcome us as well. While we wait we all make small talk amongst each other asking our each of our families were doing and otherwise enjoying our bread and wine that we had. After a little while Macbeth re-enters the room along with Lady Macbeth and we all quiet down. Lady Macbeth gives us all a hardy welcome and after that we all take a seat. When the murder entered the dining room, Macbeth’s demeanor seems to change completely. Has the deed been done?Macbeths asks in a rather tense tone. The murderer looking quite anxious replies Yes, I have slit the throat of Banquo. Macbeth looking quite pleased replies You have always been the best throat slicer of em all. Good man. Do you wish to join us all for a meal?The hitman anxiously replies yes. While the hitman joins us for our meal Macbeth questions him a little bit more on the matter. I almost forgot to ask, but did you also kill Fleance?The hitman’s face grew red and he had a face of panic. He replied Fleance had escaped from our custody but we are working on getting him back and killing him as soon as possible my lord. Macbeth then turned angry momentarily and scolded him You should not have approached me until you have fulfilled your end of the deal! How did he escape anyway!?The hitman just sat in silence and looked at Macbeth. Macbeth seemed to have reestablish his composure and then said I trust that you will take care of this matter quickly and harshly like you always have. Right?The hitman then replied yes, my lord. Macbeth grunts out good
