I would've been more careful about my decisions. On this particular day it was near the end of summer and starting to get cold, none of my neighbors were home. I decided to ride down the hill alone which I have done multiple times before. I slowly went through the same routine and setting up my bike at the top of the hill. Like most days I would try speeding down the hill as fast as I could. However, this time what turned out was different my wheel twisted slightly to the left near the end of the hill. Resulting in me falling over and scraping both knees. Thankfully the injuries weren't severe as I thought they were and I walked out with bruises and multiple tears on my skin from the concrete. My parents eventually saw me and helped me into the house to clean me up. Eventually my wounds healed fully after a couple of weeks and I started being more cautious when trying to bike down the hill. To sum up, my childhood was filled with many interesting events which has led to me becoming who I am today. This memory has taught me so much about the importance of being careful in whatever situation you're in. From this experience I have learnt that accidents can happen all the time even if you're an expert. Thus reminding me not to take anything for granted. This memory is still remembered clearly after 11 years and has been one of the moments that I shall treasure the most during my childhood
