Menopause is the end stage of menstruation in a woman’s life. Her period stops and her body go through changes that no longer allow her to get pregnant (Omnics International, n.d.) Menopause is sometimes called the midlife change because it usually happens during the late 40s or early 50s. Those who are experiencing menopause will experience stop of menstrual flow, thinning and graying of their pubic hair, loss of fat tissue in the genitalia, thinning of the vaginal walls which will become drier and less elastic, decreased weight of the ovaries and uterous, decreased secretion of estrogen, loss of ligaments supporting the uterus and ovaries and skin become less elastic causing sagging of the breast and other body tissue (Saxton, Etten & Perkins,
