There is a lottery draft in New York where the NBA puts 14 ping pong balls into a lottery machine and the team with the worst record gets the most ping pong combinations, the second worst team gets the second most ping pong combinations, and etc. Before the draft, all the players coming in the draft go on a bus, eat with each other, take pictures, and get to have fun and get to know each other better. If any team picks you first in the whole draft it means the NBA thinks you will have a great future.
