C: Mrs. Mack (MHS) reported Jaheim Brown display physical and verbal aggression. A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack. Mrs. Mack called law enforcement after Jaheim broke the bedroom closet door and other personal property in the bedroom.
CCIB Intake received an anonymous complaint from a parent stating a teacher named Pam Morgan hit their son Yared Ortega on the head. The incident occurred last week. The complaint was on 9/21/16. According to the complainant the child only speaks Spanish and reported to his parents that Pam hit him. The child is currently afraid of Pam due to her physical behavior towards him.
Superintendent Elliott made some errors in this situation. A couple of the errors were responding to the parent complaint without referring him to the proper level and failing to listen to the principal. The complaint that was made by the parent is something that should have been handled by the building principal. Instead of trying to take care of the situation himself the superintendent he should have led the parent to the correct building level channel first to come to allow them the chance to come to a solution. The building principal should have been able to build a stronger school community relation with this parent by being honest and handling his mistake.

In, The Iris Center for Faculty Enhancement, level C, case 1, there are two students, Zach and Patrick, who continue to disrupt the class because of their behavior towards each other. They are completely opposite. Zach is the relatively quiet student and Patrick is the louder of the two. Patrick teases Zach and Zach responds in an inappropriate manner. Their teacher is starting to get frustrated with the behavior between the two boys.
I am writing to let you know that I am concerned about a student in you 1st period choir class. On 3/7 Ethan Nooner hit Spencer with his back pack. The backpack had pencils positioned in such a way that lead from the pencils wounded Spencer 's right hand. You sent Spencer to the nurse. The nurse removed the pencil lead from Spencer 's hand.
On Tuesday 1-10-17 at approx. 11:30 AM, student Erin Turner came to the security office to report being struck by another classmate, Anthony Brown. Erin Turner a 4th grade student was interviewed on 1-10-17 at approx. 11:30 AM. Student Turner stated that on Monday 1-9-17 Anthony Brown slapped her on the face as they were returning to their classroom from lunch.

One day when the Pledge of Allegiance was being said at my high school one student became upset. He said he did not understand why he had to stand and say the Pledge because it was almost like a prayer and prayers were not allowed in school. He also said if he does not believe in God then he should not have to say it. The teacher over heard him talking about it and told him that he simply did not have to stand and participate during this event. The teacher also gave him the option to leave the room when this was going on.

In the short story "The Four Fists" by F. Scott Fitzgeral, the main character, Samuel Meredith, is presented with the start of boarding school who then moves to the business world. At the start when in boarding school, Samuel is given a punch by his roomate because of an incident and then effortlessly walks away to surprisingly not throw a punch back. Through time after the cause of these actions, Samuel is then forgiven and is then known for one of the best-liked students at his school. Fundamentally, he had learned that this punch had fiven him great importance and change.
