Ethan Allen was an American Revolutionary fighter who helped found Vermont. He lived from January 21, 1738 and died on February 12, 1789. He was born in Litchfield, CT, and died in Burlington, VT. Ethan Allen had a big family that, grew up in Vermont. Ethan died of a stroke at age 52, on his Winooski River homestead.
A long time resident of Starkfield, the protagonist Ethan Frome shows he is considerate by caring for and helping others. He first shows this trait when he gives up his desire to live in a city to support his ill mother. Though he has a strong wish to leave Starkfield, he respects his duty and cares for his mother. Ethan also shows this attribute to Zeena, by looking after her and contributing to her medicine while she also falls ill. Zeena is again thought of by Ethan when the pickle dish breaks.

In the story, Oren is a very doubtful character because he thinks he's worse than everyone else for some odd reason. “And everybody has their head and shoulders above these guys… Except me.”. They were on the way to school. But boy who made it all happen Croker had walked up and picked up timmy and shook him so he could get his lunch money. The school year my senior year has improved for both students and teachers releasing stress that the board had caused for the district. Along that, a new administration was set forth because of the sacrifices that our teachers have made to improve the quality of education for Arvada High School. Gary Soto is able to teach the reader that lying and changing yourself for others will cause more trouble for you in the long run.
In Edith Wharton's famous book Ethan Frome, main character, Ethan Frome’s story is a personal tragedy. His own decisions he makes are his own fault. But what is his tragedy? Well, to a certain understanding, his tragedy is that in the present day, he is always dreary and not as happy as he could have turned out; in other words, one could say that his tragedy is that he is unsuccessful in happiness. Although one may argue that the tragedy wasn’t all Ethans fault, and that the weather of new england caused it, that certainly isn’t true.

Todd is a very shy and quiet boy, and his worst fear is that his life has no meaning. One school day the students were being told to write a poem and as usually he completed the assignment and spend many hours writing it, he was good at writing poems but didn't believe in himself. However, when Mr.Keating asked him about the assignment he lied and told him that he never did it. In fact, Mr.Keating could directly see the fear that Todd had and he knew that he was not telling the truth. The professor believed in Todd and that's why he made him say whatever comes to his mind in front of all students.
