Isaac Harris and Max Blanck are guilty of manslaughter. I think this becuase there is lots of evidence that proves that they are guilty. One piece of evidence that proves this is that there was a lack of fire safety in the factory, no sprinkler system, and no escape route. Another piece of evidence that proves that Blanck and Harris are guilty of manslaughter is that there were fire hazards everywhere, causing the fire to spread very quickly. The final piece of evidence that proves that Blanck and Harris are guilty of manslaughter is that Harris KNEW that the doors were locked becuase he wanted to make sure that the employees didn’t steal anything.

MILLERSBURG — Identified through DNA evidence collected from urine left at the scene of a crime, Delaware County man on Wednesday denied criminal involvement in an armed robbery of a Monroe Township couple in their home. Kevin A. Strickland, 24, who currently is incarcerated at the Toledo Correctional Institution, pleaded not guilty in Holmes County Common Pleas Court to aggravated robbery and theft. If convicted of the charges, which include a specification alleging the use of a firearm, Strickland faces up to 12 years in prison.

Ophelia Paquet is a woman who pushed society and the government to recognize her and her marriage by awarding her ownership of property that she lived on for 30 years with her husband. When Ophilia’s husband died without a will, she was awarded owner until her brother-in-law, John contested it. The issue that arose was the race of Ophelia, Fred and John. Fred a white man, married Ophelia, a Tillamook Indian wife. “Miscegenation law kept property within racial boundaries by invalidating marriages between white men and women of color whenever ancillary white relatives like John Paquet contested them.”
The reporting party (RP) stated the resident 83 year old Iraj Ajir was found in his closet by his daughter Katra Ajir. According to the daughter he was covered in urine. The resident was also observed to have bruising to his arm and a burn on his leg. Richard Kuklinski was a hitman for the Genovese, Gambino and DeCavalcante crime families and was arrested in 1986 on multiple charges of murder, robbery, and illegal-weapons violations. There were two trials in which he was accused of murdering five people: Gary Smith, Daniel Depner, George Maliband, Louis Masgay, and Paul Hoffman. On November 10, 1978, Dan White voluntarily left his position on the San Fransisco Board of Supervisors as a police and firefighter. This was because the annual salary was not enough to provide for White's family.
