Michigan Made will be crafting premium vodkas sourced from local ingredients. After establishing a basic premium vodka line, the business will expand to include flavored vodkas from other local products including but not limited to apples, cherries, grapes and blueberries. Along with local sourced fruit will be locally grown grains. Michigan Made vodka will sell for a retail price of $30 per bottle. Michigan farmers produced 50.7 million bushels of wheat in 2016. With no shortage of wheat grown in Michigan, as long as the weather permits, wheat can be secured to craft our vodka. In 2016 Michigan grew 110 million pounds of blueberries, 22,600 tons of sweet cherries, 224 million pounds of tart cherries and 21.2 million pounds of peaches. These will be some of the fruits we utilize when we branch into flavored vodkas.
