I choose to write about Mike Binder, choosing to watch Reign over me, Black or White, and The Upside of Anger. I liked watching these movies because of the story about family. In all of the movies there was tragedy, love, and loss. All the families in this movie lost a family member, whether they died or left. They all had tragedy, burden’s they had trouble overcoming. Then love, the love so great to keep you remembering.In watch the movie Reigns over me, made in 2007, Adam Sandler plays a man named Charlie who suffers from Post-traumatic stress disorder, when on September 11th losing his three daughters and wife. Watching Black in White, made in 2014, Kevin Costner plays Elliot Anderson, a man that lost his daughter due to child birth and his wife in a car crash. When Elliot’s wife dies leaving Elliot to raise his mixed granddaughter, Eloise. The black grandmother wants to come in and take the right to his granddaughter away so that her son, who is a drug addict, can raise her, which leads to a big heavy court battle.
