Brennan and of the confidential nature and purpose of the interview, Potzgo, provided the following information: George Potzgo has been a constable for over 12 years. One time Potzgo explained, he couldn’t remember the date; he was standing with Judge Hadzick, Kylie Scott a security guard and her sister Ashley Scott who is also a constable outside Judge Hadzick’s courtroom. Ashley Scott showed Hadzick something on her phone. Potzgo didn’t see what it was on Ashley’s phone, but Ashley read it out loud for everyone to hear. He believes people should pursue a career they are Passionate about. Working a job, you hate for the rest of your natural life can be a detriment on the person and the employer. There are some who may oppose this kind of position and say earning more is the prize because in the end the money will make you happier. The question that might refute this argument is, then why do people still complain about their jobs? If everyone loved money so much they would only have positive things to say about their work lives.

In the early nineteenth century, American industrialist were gathering good ideas through Carnegie’s innovations and initiative. When Carnegie started out onto the road to success and wealth, from rags to riches and earned his big reputation that he brought among himself. For the successful people who misused their employees and competition were inevitably labeled as “robber barons,” i.e. John D. Rockefeller.
I do think that Neil Gorsuch is qualified to take the position as the new supreme court justice. He is known to have an outstanding resume; He graduated from Harvard Law School and he studied under a lawyer named John Finnis. Neil knows what it is like to be a conservative on a liberal college campus. Gorsuch co-founded The MorningSide Review and The Federalist while he was in Columbia University in New York. Gorsuch and his two other co-founders believed that the campus had primarily liberal political views.
His speech was replicating on how he felt about wealthy people was alleged of in the past days and how he relate his feeling to his current period, the circulation of the wealth in the country. He spoke about how there is no link that connects the wealthy and the less fortunate, which he stated: “The problem of our age is the proper administration of wealth, so that the ties of brotherhood may still bind together the rich and poor in harmonious relationship”. Subsequently, the wealthy and the poor do not have any type of association with them; it is tough for them to get along. Thereby have so much effect on the working environment, bring about friction between the employers and employed. Lester Bowles Pearson was the 14th Prime Minister of Canada and served in office from the 22nd of April 1963 until the 20th of April in 1968. In the eyes of many he is considered as one of the most influential people of the 20th century. (“Lester B. Pearson,” Wikipedia) Born in Newtonbrook, he was known as a serious scholar and his athletic talents soon became apparent during his time at University. He excelled at numerous sports such as rugby, basketball, ice hockey as well as baseball.
Historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) have an extensive history between the 1800s and 1900s. The first HBCU, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, was established in 1837 (Palmer, 2018). During the era of segregation, HBCUs were founded to provide higher education opportunities to Black students who were denied access to mainstream institutions due to racist policies and practices. The Morrill Act of 1890 played a significant role in the establishment and growth of HBCUs by requiring states to provide funding and land grants to Black colleges (NCES, 2020). As a result, many HBCUs were established across the United States.

In the gilded ages America had been changed by many different people. Many people who caused a change, had something to do with businesses, muckraking journalism, or progressivism. Immigration also took a part in changing America. Immigration, and all of those people, together, changed America politically, socially, and economically. Politics are a big part of America, and politics faced a lot of changes in the gilded age, many of them are still in effect today.
The Gilded Age lasted from 1870 to World War 1, “1900s.” The Gilded Age was a period of fast economic development, but also much social struggle. Mark Twain in the late nineteenth century founded the “Gilded” Age, which means covered with gold on the outside, but not really golden on the inside, for example, tin. This period of time was glittering on the surface but corrupt underneath. In other words, the outside looked beautiful, but the inside looked old and trashy.
