Minecraft Username: My Experience With The Toxic Community

Previous Experience:

I’ve been staff on 2 servers that may not seem like a lot but I did do a lot for both of the servers and learned a lot about how to moderate servers with the toxic community Minecraft is in now. The first server I was staff on was OxPvP aka SimplyHCF and I was staff on there for over 4 months as I went from Trial-Mod to Mod+ from there I learned when to mute players and ban people helping out the community as it was very filled with hackers and toxic players on a smaller extent. I was later demoted from OxPvP because I did not log on for one day which was my mistake as I did not give a warning to a higher staff member which I've learned my lesson from.

The next server I became staff

As I do like to keep up with the new clients made on LeakForums or HackForums. I've taken the time to try and learn how to find many clients like Vape/Spook/Incognito. I've learned how to find Vape, Spook and Incognito which are private methods that I only plan to use accordingly. I also do have friends who owns these clients that I use their advantage to try and find ways of multiple methods of finding clients. I like to keep myself up to date with the huge client problem accuring as Minecraft continues.

I applied because I am very good at being patience with people who don’t understand how to play or anyone who has simple questions that not many people help them with. I understand the pain it is to be a staff member on such a big server and how it is to deal with the community being so toxic, I just want to help the staff team out with the toxic players to make the server grow into a more friendly server for the new players that join every day. The community is really the backbone to why I am applying now as many players always say there isn’t enough staff on to help them out which in turns makes them turn away from playing the server. I really like to check the forums a lot as I like to interact with the community and see what is happening between the players so while I'm staff I'll be sure
