5 Victims of the Holocaust Kaj Munk - Born on January 13th, 1898, Kaj Munk was a Danish playwright and Lutheran pastor. Although he is well known for these roles, he is mostly remembered for being a victim of the holocaust. Munk was actually a fan and admirer of Hitler, before he went on his campaign to exterminate the jews. This changed his opinion on the powerful leader, which caused him to write plays about how terrible the Nazi’s were. He was arrested and murdered by the Gestapo, the secret police of the Nazi’s.

While the majority of people today understand at least vaguely what the holocaust was, yet there are actually an aggrandizing amount of people that don't fathom or apperceive what it involved. In May 1943, I was inducted into the National Labor Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst) and was stationed at Bützow. During our RAD days, the Waffen SS and the Regiment Grossdeutschland used to visit our camps to give propaganda speeches and generally try to recruit soldiers. They were especially looking for people who were taller than 5 feet 7 inches. In order to avoid being caught by these organizations, one had to either adopt a firm attitude with them, which was obviously difficult to do, or write to the recruiting offices of other units as volunteers, hoping that you wouldn’t be turned down. Fortunately, the Luftwaffe accepted my application.
Throughout our history we have had many tragic events and some of these events caused a very large amount of people to die or be mistreated. There were lots of people letting these acts be permitted because of their ignorance and pure hatred. The act of genocide and the extermination of groups of people happened because people were not speaking up against intolerance, hatred and propaganda. During the holocaust 6.3 million Jews died because of Greed,Hate,Silent Majority,and Propaganda, leading to genocide.
Survivors of the Holocaust After the war against the Nazis, there were very few survivors left. For the survivors returning to life to when it was before the war was basically impossible. They tried returning home but that was dangerous also, after the war, anti-Jewish riots broke out in a lot of polish cites. Although the survivors were able to build new homes in their adopted countries. The Jewish communities had no longer existed in much part of Europe anymore.
Rescue During the Holocaust millions of Jews were persecuted for multiple years for no reason. Some were worked and beaten until death. During the time of prosecution many people and countries worked hard to rescue the Jews. Individuals risked their life in order to rescue them.
Reality is often a disappointment. Devastation and desperation from a traumatic experience will cause a person to lose grip on reality, and once it slips through their fingers, they become aroused by delusion. Over-reliance on fantasy occurs when a person is only comfortable within the confines of their deluded reality. Dissociation can stunt psychological growth and development, potentially interfering with mental health and affecting close relationships. Consequently, this alienation makes forming a boundary between reality and fantasy challenging.
Holocaust signifies“sacrifice by fire”. The Germans thought that they were “superior” to all other races. They claimed that they had encountered a “final solution” to the “problem” of racial disparity. Germans targeted other groups because of their perceived "racial inferiority". They targeted Gypsies, disabled, Poles and Russians.
