(competitive analysis) http://www.portlandwalkingtours.com/ Portland Walking Tour is the one of the competitors that provide similar tours in Portland. Known Your City, the nonprofit organization, has similar sightseeing tours as well. Both websites consist of many pages include introduction of the company and the tours, the tour details, tour schedule, news, Q&A, and online reservation. I enjoyed the tour details’ pages, and I thought that online reservation and payment was convenient for customers. I could improve the client’s website to use many supportive pictures instead of long texts, to organize appropriate pages so as to search and reserve tours easily, and to add online payment
