Overall to evaluate I believe the most effective strategy to motivate Balfour Beatty employees is training. This is because they annually recruit more than 500 graduates worldwide which is a good step because it makes graduates motivated and wanted to do more to be 1 of the 500 to be recruited. They also recruit over 100 apprentices each year adding to the 450 currently under training which will also motivate apprentices to work harder under training so they get good enough to get the job. For the future I think BB should use training more to improve the business and recruit more than 500 graduates every year and also put more apprentices under training the current figure is 450 if they can raise this 500-700 this would mean that more people
