Similar to when Ronald DeFeo Jr. murdered his family he didn’t escape charges just how I think Mr. Armstrong shouldn’t escape. In the case of our victim William “Doodle” Armstrong we have our murderer who was an adored brother of William. Mr. Armstrong couldn’t accept the fact William had inabilities and forced him into ‘fixing’ his disabilities. William wasn’t given the choice of declining his brothers advances in improving his mobility. He also didn’t give William an opportunity to refuse by scaring him into it. This is an illegal action classified as intimidation. I have evidence of three events where Mr. Armstrong used a scare tactic as a method of convincing my deceased client into actions he never had the opportunity to decline. He also walked fast purposely and although my client keeps up his face would turn red and his eyes became glazed. Yet when William could go no farther he would collapse on the ground and cry. This resulted in Mr. Armstrong saying “aw come on, doodle, you can do it. Do you want to be different from everyone else when you start school?”. William was completely and utterly tortured another action that turns your body blue is lack of oxygen how was it know he had enough oxygen. My client in those moments could’ve died of lack of oxygen a brutal death in my opinion not being able to breathe suffering gasping for air.
