Concur with employee assessment. Mr. Bowser has been exceptionally attentive to the requirements and the operations of the Logistics arena. He has successfully demonstrated his ability to apply his expertise to resolve issues identified in his subject matter and is able to provide assistance readily. When dealing with major problems, he is careful to spend time on developing more than one solution. As a result, he has a more thorough understanding of the situation and the final decision is more complete. Bowser is the first to volunteer to take on additional tasks to get the job done. The Command Post and Vehicle Transfer efforts are examples; he proactively designed a vehicle layout to ensure that hundreds of vehicles entering the Integration Motor Pool are staged and ready for integration. Often given a short window to operate in, his response is always “we have to make it happen.” During AWA 16.1 the Brigade requested an expedited Validation Exercise, the impact to logistics was substantial. He developed a plan that exceeded all expectations; his team was successful in transferring over two hundred vehicles in record time, accounting for millions of dollars' worth of BDE legacy, and vendor equipment, without incident.
