Shakespeare is a name that has survived centuries. A key writer in English Literature, Shakespeare is known by most and still taught regularly. However, he is known better for some works than others, works such as Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing are well known and show his skills as a writer. They may in some ways display his emotions, but nothing tells more about Shakespeare’s love life than his sonnets. Having written one hundred and fifty-four sonnets in his lifetime, Shakespeare gives a fairly descriptive look into his head and emotions.
