On 09/18/2016, at approximately 2148 hours, at the Durango Jail located at3225 W Gibson Ln Phoenix, AZ 85009 an Inmate/Inmate fight had occurred in Durango 3 B Pod between Inmate Moothery, Naz T303229 and Inmate Sams, Worine T284566. Upon entering Durango 3 B Pod, Inmate Sams approached Inmate Moothery and begun fighting by Durango 3 B Pod door. Multiple strikes were thrown by both inmates until Inmate Moothery had fallen to the Pod floor. At that time Officer Serrano approached the pod door and gave both inmates commands to stop fighting. No radio call was made due to both inmates complying with the orders given.
C: Mrs. Mack (MHS) reported Jaheim Brown display physical and verbal aggression. A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack. Mrs. Mack called law enforcement after Jaheim broke the bedroom closet door and other personal property in the bedroom.
On 7-31-2015 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 6884 N.Ridge Rd. Upon arrival, Officer McClure and I Officer Butram spoke with Maranda Degennaro. CCIB Intake received a SOC 341 from reporting party Sean Ahern regarding Chris Rueda and Katler Paige. According to the reporting party on 3/5/17 at 10:15am Paige became upset after speaking with her mother and began screaming at Chris attempting to get into his room. Paige threatened she was going to write "fuck you" on his door. He opened the door and Paige grabbed his hand digging her fingernails into his skin. Chris pulled away causing Paige to scratch him on his left hand resulting in an inch laceration along with another smaller scratch.
The most notable ghost has to be the ghost of Room 311, Annalisa Netherly. There are three different stories explaining the cause of her death. The first one states that she was a prostitute who was murdered by a Confederate soldier and left in the room.

On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. One specific point, was the behaviour of some of the Correctional Officer’s that were responding to Ashley Smith’s cell. There was incident showed on the fifth estate that stated there was a Correctional Officer outside of Ashley Smith’s cell that was banging and kicking the door yelling “Are you dead yet?”. This Correctional Officer was watching what Ashley was doing in her cell but never took it upon himself to call for back up and enter the cell to stop what was going on. In result, this was an ongoing occurrence for Ashley to actively act out, and I can notice as to why Officer’s were getting agitated by this but the behaviour that went on from an Officer is not appropriate.
On 11-14-2015 at about 2106 hours I was dispatched to a domestic violence report at the Emerald Point Condos at 31900 104th AVE SE; H102, Auburn/King/Wa. Enroute dispatch advised the reporting party/victim, Lizbeth Nunez Santana was calling to report that she was assaulted by her husband. The incident occurred about two hours prior and the husband was no longer at the residence. I arrived at the address and contacted Lizbeth and her cousin, Maribel Chavez. Throughout my conversation with Lizbeth it was clear that she was very upset, she had to stop speaking several times as she was crying and upset with the situation.
