When I was younger, I became concerned about the nutrients that were missing in my diet. As my concern/mild paranoia grew I ended up talking to the first person wearing a red vest in the pharmacy aisle. This nice guy who's name I never knew recommend Alive Men's Energy by Nature’s Way mostly because it was a popular seller and partially because other people were waiting behind me. I bought within a few seconds of seeing "Made with 26 Fruits and Vegetables printed at the bottom of the bottle. Now I come back to this same supplement to see how beneficial it really was. On the bottle Alive (Nature's Way) doesn't make any direct claims about what their product can do for you, I like that. In similar fashion the bottle describes having 26 fruits and vegetable that are easily visible on the label. Included are Kale, Spinach, Blueberry, Wheat Grass, and Brussels Sprouts. On the other side this product really provides a large amount of minerals and vitamins to include Vit A, Vit D, both Vit B and B12 while still including Zinc and Manganese.
