My strongest attribute is being able to work well in a team and taking lead if needs be. I am very confident in speaking, presenting and asking/answering questions in lectures.

One of my strengths is in creativity. I am person who excels greatly when I am able to be creative and have freedom to think outside the box. However, that can also become a weakness because for assignments that are more limited and structured I to find to be challenging. Another strength I have is being able to learn quickly from my previous mistakes. There are times where I mess up or do something wrong, but my plan is to put those failures to good use.
My top four priorities for work are stability/ reliability, balance, money, and passionate. I would need a stable/ reliable job so I wouldn’t have to worried about losing my job. A deal breaker would be a lack of financial stability because I need to be able to pay my bills and then still have money left over to leisurely spend or for emergencies. Some of the character strengths that I felt accurately described me are gratitude, humor, and curiosity. Humor describes me the most because I like joking around and making others around me laugh.
Nevertheless, it is the way that friction is approached that makes a difference. By applying my positive attitude and sense of finding a common ground among coworkers, it will enable me to apply this strength to my daily life. Lastly, the strength of achiever was a lesser theme for me compared to my other top strengths. I sometimes take on too many tasks and want to accomplish many things in order to make me feel good about myself. I am extremely committed to everything I do and influence others to succeed in what they do.

When contemplating the issues that may arise, really think about how you would behave to achieve the outcomes that are necessary for success. Strength - The main strength I consider to have is that I like being as thorough as possible when gathering requirements. This will most likely help better manage expectations and provide in-depth requirements to the solutions team. Likewise, this trait helps me better estimate possible costs and have a more accurate timeframe, which would enable me to relate better with project managers.
