Mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer science are the courses which are very important when applying in university. I also need visual arts because I want to become computer hardware and software designer.
The perfect plan for me would be to graduate high school and apply for the university. The university that I want to get in is Ryerson University. Then I will try to get a job as an electrician so I can get job experience and work with technology. After I get enough experience I will try to get a job as a computer hardware and software designer.
University:
I was researching on universities I can apply for and Ryerson University seems like a perfect choice for me because it’s reasonably close to where I live and it has the perfect program for me. The program is called - Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science. Requirements for applying: ENG4U/EAE4U English. The grades required are usually in the 70 percent range, will be determined subject to competition. There will be a lot of competition so I will obviously need to get much higher marks than 70%.

Job Stress:
I don’t like that electrical engineers have to sit at computers for a long time and also completing the projects on time is sometimes hard and stressful.
Other Pathways:
I will consider chemical engineering and mathematician as my other possible occupation. Electrical engineers calculate a lot, so it won’t be too hard to transfer from electrical engineer to
