My last four years I took the Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment test in college. Each year my results from the test change. This is my last semester as an undergrad student and I took this test again in your class. After finally understand the different personality types from reading chapter 5 and going over in class I see my personality traits being constant . My personality type was ESFJ. I ESFJ describe me well for most part. Understanding that each one tell how I direct my energy, gather information, make decision and deal with the outside world. I agree I’m an extraversion. I’m a very social person and tends to take action rather think about it. I seek approval from other people. I try live to other expectation of me. I love to be in a group and hanging with groups of friends instead on one. I have learned that is the natural focus of extraversion is the external world. I scored high on this part. I’m more of a realistic person. I can see big picture of things like intuition, but I like to have facts and steps. A realistic goal so I don’t trust my instincts or I do not go on a gut feeling. I very detail orient when describing or explain something. Next, feeling I was always told I think with my heart. I’m a very understanding person and very empathetic to people feeling. Which I know can sometimes can be bad because you have some people who will see this as weakness. This always led me to career choice of being a social worker because I just want to help people that in a bad situation. Over the past couple years I tired changing this trait but as I mature I just see me using this trait
