Once completing multiple personality tests; thus I was finally able to confirm ESTJ as my personality type. Since I was getting unsuited suggestions of career choices, I retook the test until ESTJ was able to fit more of my interests and viewpoints. The 16 Personalities Test results gave me a more detailed description of who I am and insight on my personality traits. It has helped me figure out aspects that can help me get a better understanding of myself. For instance, the qualities the test provided for my personality type were good at managing things, strong-willed, and being a good organizer which is very accurate. I have never took these qualities into consideration much until now. First, supervisors are comfortable with following orders,like planning out things, and are good with being in charge. Likewise, this sounds similar to who I am personally. I want a job where I can exercise my liking of structure with others, and take charge of things or people. On the other hand, the second prefered choice I liked is police officer, and seems like fate because this is something I have wanted to be as a kid. Moreover, I would be a good fit for this career because I would be able to help the community with crime. With the people closest to me, I like to keep them in the right path by telling them what they should do if they seem to be not in the right place. Being a police officer requires discipline and structure along with keeping citizens on the right path. However, the career I don’t want to pursue is being an engineer. This is because I am not intrigued by it and seems overwhelming with the multiple fields
