In a distant place, untouched by man, a race of intelligent wolves prospered. The wolves decided in council that would never let the population of this place to enter in contact with humans, as the population grew, this task became much more difficult than ever. Much part of the problem resided in space as the biggest part of the life beings that lived in this secret place was composed of sheep; consequently, the population needed vast lands of green grass in order to feed. However, how was not this secret race of wolves still discovered, you may ask. Their success depended on discretion and intelligence. At day, the wolves hided the sheep in a dense forest and howled terribly to frighten every living soul that passed by the forest; consequently no man would adventure himself there, as the place was said to be cursed. By night, however, the wolves sent their fat sheep to what was known as the feeding camps: vast fields of green grass. At these meetings, the wolves decided about the age that their fair citizens would retire, programs to make the sheep as fat as possible until this age and finally espionage methods to make sure that all humans would not find the cattle. At the last meeting, the main topic was the growing population of sheep as the wolves maintained their numbers constant. The government decided that they would decrease the retirement age by 1 year and increase the time the sheep passed at the feeding camps by half an hour. The wolves expected then to decrease the sheep population and increase their own. At this point, you might have understood what this “retirement” really means.
