The NBA mission statement is “we compete with intensity, lead with integrity and inspire play” (Msa, 2021). They are critical when it comes to their integrity. Things such as being honest, ethical, and fair speak to what the NBA stands for. Lead by example. The values of respect. equality, and freedom of expression has been the way of the NBA and has long defined the NBA. At the end of the day, we’re all fans. By providing the same quality of entertainment and experiences that we would expect/demand for ourselves. Inclusivity is important where ANYONE can play the game. Diversity is the central focus of the NBA's success.

There are rumors about adding two more additional teams to the league, one would be in Las Vegas and the other one would be in Seattle. This means possibly a chance they could bring back the Seattle supersonics. This also means bringing in a lot more fans to the league and growing even more because we all know that Seattle wishes to have a team back in their hometown. That’s where two Hall of Fame players started their careers, Ray Allen the second-best 3-point shooter in the league and then you go Kevin Durant.
Back to what I said in my last paragraph, some NBA teams have gone across to Japan or China to hang out with fans and explore their area, they have also done camps for kids there to teach them the game of basketball and to just have fun. Teams have also had a preseason game there, which brings the fan base and the community together and helps the league grow more to hopefully get the chance to bring more teams into the league or to expand the fan base.
