1. The first question covers the basic information about Navy SEAL, which reveals the major understanding and priorities in this Team. Since I received this case, I have never heard about Navy SEAL before. But the first impression about the warriors in Navy Seals I have made was described in three super strong words: willingness, team-work and commitment. The first feature – willingness is based on McGregor XY theory, which analyzes the attitudes and commitment to work. NSW all including intensive training, hard weather conditions, physical and mentally caused tasks and stress, Hell Week- is that is unseen process which make brilliant warriors and is extremely important. According to the appendixes given in the assignment, we can see that working in Navy SEAL almost completely fulfill the hygienic factors, which are estimated to be pay and benefits, relationship with co-workers, supervision, status, job security. It is mentioned in the text that soldiers are offered favorable financial benefits such as tax free pay and high salary (up to 60.000$), plus qualification and re-enlistment bonuses, as well as extra pay for diving, parachuting and demolitions. Even though working conditions are very tough and unsafe, it is offered medical and dental benefits and talking about financial benefits it consists: tax free pay in combat zones, tax free allowances for housing and food, nevertheless it is given 30 days vacation per year and retirement after 20 years. For hygiene factors it is also very essential to work closely with their teammates. Hard missions make the SEAL Team members as brothers and this kind of relationships and friendships formed within "The Teams" last for a lifetime.
