Most people never see themselves getting in trouble with the police- I mean I never did. Being a teenager you constantly crave something new, something that breaks the rules set by society; something rebellious. Some do it to have a good story to tell. Others to experience something fresh and exciting like having your first ice cream cone or going on your first vacation. Now in the story I’m about to tell – I can frankly say I’m not sure why I did what I did, maybe it me maturing maybe it was me trying to prove a point to myself, but all I can say is that I never would have done what I did normally. As they were heading back to the car after their little endeavor, one of them quickly dropped his things as if he saw someone get shot and proceeded to throw up in the nearby alleyway. I remember the smell being a mix of Cheetos and cheap liquor. He came back and got settled in the car with the rest of as we were planning which party we were going to go to. After close examination of each of the parties’ we decided we would have more fun staying put waiting for something else to happen, and something else sure did happen. After we decided to hang in the car for a bit I then lowered my sit back a little and closed my eyes and began to zone off in the car, the car had a nice sound system so every time a kick would go off in the song the car would do a little rumble. It was nice we were all feeling good chilling listening to music; it was actually quite peaceful and nice; until one of the girls in the back took out some cocaine from her pink JanSport backpack and offered bumps to everyone. I was never attracted to any drug besides cannabis so I kindly said “I’m good” and just kind of muted the sounds of snorting out and continued to listen to the music, I’ve been around way worse anyways. Fifteen minutes pass after the cocaine bumps and the same guy who threw up earlier states to the whole car that he is going to step out and get some air. It was clearly his first time with coke in his system, as he didn’t know how to handle himself, so I was a little worried to let him go out by himself but he insisted he’s fine and just wants to walk around by himself – he was the type to kept to himself and he enjoyed his alone time so I let him go.
