New Heritage Doll Company - Report
Introduction One of the most crucial moments of my role as the CEO is to choose the best budget projects for the welfare and the betterment of the organization, ' The New Heritage Doll Company ', which is a private doll industry that signifies about 7.5 % of the total doll industries in the US. This company as any other big company was classified into different operating sectors for the purpose of better management and administration (Online Simulations 2010). They are:
• New Heritage's Production Division This sector has more than half of the company's assets and is responsible for the designing, assembling and packaging of dolls, dolls accessories and children's accessories. This division was responsible for the generation of $125 million and $7.5 million in revenue and operating profit respectively for the year. (Online Simulations 2010)
• New Heritage's Retail Division The retail sector generated more than half of the company's revenue and it maintained $4.8 million in operating

Its major role is to license agreements to various other organizations, who want to use New Heritage Doll Company's doll characters and story lines for their books, software, movies and other products. (Online Simulations 2010)
Here comes the serious problem for New Heritage Doll Company and that's regarding coordination among the different operating sectors and negotiating with their campaigns and projects. Each project proposal presented to the company committee always has a description, financial overview for 5 years and the spending requirements. This time the three divisions brought in their campaigns for the year 2010 and it was all resting on my shoulders to choose the most beneficial from among them with a restricted budget of $12
