Along with their absorbents, they offer personal protective equipment, containers, and general maintenance equipment. Their main priorities are environmental and personal safety. Spills, whether chemical or oil, can harm waterways, such as rivers and streams, and create poor conditions for wildlife. Once product commercialization is complete, the marketing phase commences. In the marketing phase, flyers, emails, and other forms of social media are used to popularize the new product. When the product is launched, customer and technical support teams are informed of the specifications of the product so they can better inform the consumers. As the product is selling, there are people who determine its effectiveness. They ask customers whether or not the product is doing its job, and if there are any improvements that need to be made.
