Out of all the jobs in the world I chose to be an NFL coach because I thought it was an interesting job. It pays good and you're able to travel a lot. If I'm a good enough coach I can be promoted to owner of the team. The job responsibilities are to make sure that the team has disciplin so you are able to get wins. One reason this is my choice of the jobs is because I have always been a football fan and I wanted to see the team from a coach's perspective. Basically what this career is something that you have a team and try to work your way to championships and have to make big decisions from drafting new players to whether to move to a different city.

The education and or skill for this type of job is not really that much. The most you have to do know how to conduct a team and make them work together. The skill is not a real part of it because it's mostly knowledge about the field and team. Personality is also a big part of this job. You mostly have to be strict and know how to control your team on and off the field. Yea you can crack a joke once in awhile but you have to learn to be disciplined with your team. The entry level pay for an NFL coach is 60,049 dollars. That is only for becoming an NFL coach just imagine for a regular salary per season. The top pay for an NFL coach per season is 8,000,000 dollars. That is a lot of money for 16 games. Including if you make it to the playoffs or even the superbowl you make even more money. If NFL coaches win the super bowl then they are paid an extra 3 million dollars on top of what they get paid during the season. Some benefit in this career is that you're able to travel a lot for away games and see all kinds of cities. One way to improve in this job is possibly to become the NFL team
