Health is a concept on a complete physical, mental and social well-being about illness and diseases (global book). Australia has a good completed healthcare system to help people when they are sick. Moreover, in topic 3, there is a fact that Australians are the third highest life expectancy around the world. However, on the other hand, according to the Australian human rights commission, the life expectancy of indigenous males are 56 years old compared with that of all Australian males, which are 77 years old while the life expectancy of indigenous females are 63 years lower than that of all Australian females (82 years old) (Australian Human Rights Commission 2001). The reason why their life expectancy is shorter than all Australian is because they do not properly understand what determinants of health is, so they may be getting sick easier than other Australians. In topic 2, Determinants of health can be defined as environment’s health and social’s health. According to Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, ( look at global bookj and explain)They have less opportunity to study and a bad lifestyle maybe also the reasons result in the lower life expectancy. Although the government have found out a number of approaches to try to close the gap between indigenous Australian and non- indigenous Australian, but in the meantime, some bad consequences like cultural conflict, losing of human right or even discrimination happened towards the aboriginals. Specifically, according to the Australian government report, the government has focused on healthcare system and plough into providing a high quality healthcare with a number of resources for each Australians, including indigenous Australians ( topic 3). Additionally, the government also provides the primary healthcare for citizens. In topic4, it is shown that primary healthcare includes treatment, prevention of illness and
