I can defiantly related to your comment of being challenged to balance the clinical hours with home, and work, especially since I already work 60+ hours a week and take call, however I am learning so much valuable information it keeps me energized knowing that I am enhancing both my knowledge of organizational development and leadership skills. It appears that you have gained immense clinical practicum experiences in the human resource arena along with your base knowledge of leadership concepts thus far, how exciting.
I have not had been exposed to phone interviews, mainly panel discussion. I have had a few experiences hiring of employees and managing of difficult employees. One of my most recent experiences in dealing with a difficult employee was about a year

There many challenges associated with pre-assigning staff as you will see in achieving your goals. When I was the house supervisor, I had many responsibilities to accomplish to include staffing all of the nursing units in the hospital. This initially was a huge undertaking, however as I developed more knowledge and skills in my role this became second nature. I encountered many conflicting situations in the 9 ½ years in this position, which provided growth opportunities in my leadership role. The American Nurses Association (ANA) offers pertinent evidenced-based literature in combating the challenges in making nursing assignments. In your literature review, I am sure that you have found plenty of research pertaining to your topic to draw upon.
