What makes a professional?
Professional nurse is a person who capable of doing many tasks and having compassion and dedication to put the needs and importance of the patients cares above all other. Nursing professionalism requires prolong training, formal qualifications and ability to create a positive public image for trustworthy relationship.
A profession appearance is important for making first impressions on patients and staffs. The first relationship always of utmost importance and plays a major role in gaining a patient’s respect and trust. Nurses have to dress clean professional cloths or uniforms, appropriate grooming hair and bright face.
