One of my goals is to graduate with a master or a doctorate degree in communications I hope with that degree to be a public relations director and possible open my own PR firm. Since my goals are pretty high some obstacles that one may run into is one getting a college and then a masters program. I am not the best test taker so my SAT test score are low and then the biggest problem that most college students is how to pay for college. Buying a home with a white picket fence and having a loving family has been a staple of the American dream since the later to mid 1900. There are so many factors in buying a home that have to go into place In Daniel Wagner article “Is The American Dream Still Alive?” he proclaims that “Even those with a Job and enough money for a down payment may be locked out because their credit score is not high enough or they may not have a long enough track record of performance to satisfy banks’ requirements.” Just having a down payment is not enough one has to be approved by a bank and a loan office to get a house one also needs a good credit scores these are all factors that one has to accomplish before buying a home.
