Opening Statement
In an ever more complicated world we hope to turn to the school for a fair hearing and an unbiased ruling. The allegations brought upon me are unfair and unjust and should not reflect how the school should treat my violations. I will have to bear the days that I lost to this suspension that could have been directed to more purposeful ends such as education that the school is supposed to uphold, and including my shattered expectations of the school in their ability to provide a role model for the future of this society and effectively and properly met out punishment. The first problem I encountered with the punishment handed down was the lack of clear communication and speedy delivery of such information on my charges. Neither of us made a claim of violence to the school this is an incorrect charge as their was no threat of violence it was simply an accident on my friends behalf.
f. The interrogator for the notice was a Mrs. Eades she isolated me in a room without any representation and I was put under duress so her report should be considered invalid. She wrongfully quoted “’the LMC’” when I did not state this and she stated I knew when my friend pressed the “’PC Duress’” and “’Activate’” which again I never
