There are two opposite viewpoints about the effect of technology progression on crime rate.Some people believe that it reduces crime while others consider it as a crime inducer.In my opinion, the improvement of technology facilitates the enhancement of crime more than the prevention of it. On the one hand, the development of technology can prevent criminals. For example, some camera systems have been invented by which police can detect the cars which are owned by theft or careless drivers, so it would be a tough challenge for them to escape.
