“Macbeth” was one of Shakespeare’s plays that was created in 1606. The main character, under the same name as the title, faces the good and evil qualities that are highly blended in his mind (Jameson). His wife, Lady Macbeth, is an influence to the evil thoughts. The play has such a grip on the reader’s attention that what takes place in it makes the accessories so well developed, and it becomes tough to separate Lady Macbeth from dramatic situations, or consider her apart from the terrible associations of our first and earliest impressions (Jameson). Together, the couple help murder the King of Scotland, Duncan. It was her destiny to become Queen of Scotland, where the story takes place (Coriat). In Shakespeare’s “Macbeth”, Lady Macbeth goes through drastic changes that impact the plot of the play.
The basis of the play revolves around good and evil. The two main characters share differences that switch it up throughout the story. The Macbeth's are both separately two of the most determined adults of their time (Gerwig). “They stand high in the esteem of King Duncan to whom they are bound by ties both of blood and of patriotism.” They stand behind King Duncan who is a good and admirable leader but not strong (Gerwig). Macbeth was his front soldier. Macbeth’s character is deemed, to the greatest extent, one of the most complex characters in the branch of Shakespeare’s theatrical creations (Jameson).Lady Macbeth is represented as the eager, and dominant character in the beginning of the story. Her motive was to rule. The throne of Scotland is granted to the one elected from a group in which he is the prime member.
