The research on organizational behavior in the society entails the most pressing issue in the society. The research is based on finding what attributes to such deeds and possible solutions to curb the menace. Domestic violence in the society is a fundamental global challenge. Domestic violence is a substantial challenge that not only distresses the women but also, the children and social accord within the society. The issue of domestic violence is a pertaining issue which will involve the rights of the community. Any research can only be a success with the corporation of the community and without clashing ethical interests with those of the project. Research which based on humankind can only be conducted with ethical approval (Kimmel, 2007). Conclusion According to Kimmel, Organizational behavior research in the society entails the most pressing issues in the society. There are more than few potential problems which may deter the project. Ethical issues are one of the radical challenges that the research is (Kimmel, 2007) likely to encounter due to multiple reasons. The research entails human beings and therefore, without the consent of the community, the research is likely to be tremendous challenge. Group work involves individuals of diverse calibers, while some could be helpful, coordinating the group may also be another challenge the project is likely to face. Consequently, regardless of the challenges the project is likely to face, there are tremendous benefits involved therein. The success of the research will be a great relieve too many victims of domestic violence.
