Have you ever tried to eat soup without a spoon? Tried to drive a car without gas? Or tried to build a house without nails? If those question sound ridiculous to you, they should because each of the item I mentioned are necessary to facilitate the corresponding action the same is true of organization communication without it, any organization would fail to meet its objectives.
So what does organization communication means? Organization communication A process by which activities of a society are collected and coordinated to reach the goals of both individuals and the collective group. It is a subfield of general communications studies and is often a component to effective management in a workplace environment.

For nurses to have the capacity to carry out their occupation productively they will need to correspond with an extensive variety of individuals, from patients and collaborators to their bosses and subordinates and also the various family. Types of organizational communication
Communication can stream down, up laterally and diagonally in an organization:

2-Upward communication: the transmission of data from lower levels of an association to higher ones. (sepaho,2013)
Ex: laborer foreman generation supervisor General Director.
3-Lateral (Horizontal) communication: hierarchical communication that includes making an impression on a man at the same level on the authoritative graph.
