First is the “Hysterotomy”, this is a procedure which is similar to a Caesarean section with the opening of the abdomen, but instead of exacting the baby then cutting the umbilical cord, it is done the other way around. The umbilical cord is cut while the baby is still inside the womb and the baby will die from suffocation. If the baby is born alive then, it will be life to die from neglect. The other method is called “Partial Birth”. This method involves going through labor but only delivering half of the baby’s body. The doctor will go in and pull the baby out legs first and leaving the head inside of the birth canal. Next scissors are inserted into the baby's skull and opened. A suction device is then inserted into the hole created by the scissors. This device will suck out the baby's brains ultimately killing the baby. Then the baby is fully delivered.
