Hello, I am Ryan Judge, and I have developed (with a group) a 6-week program to train a client for a 5k. A 5k is 3.1 miles, so it is an endurance run, something that is not meant to be done fast. In this essay, I am going to tell you about the fashion of our training program, and why me made it the way it is. The client that we made our 6-week training program for is a 13 year-old girl with no medical history.

The Power of One I believe that the power of one can be life changing for anyone, everyone has the power of one to make someone feel wanted . The power of one simple means one person getting out of there comfort zone to make someone feel wanted. It could drastically change that person’s life for the better. All you have to do is walk with them to class, or tell them they look nice today, or just simply talk to them.

Speeding and Teen Fatalities Speeding is becoming an increasingly large problems among teenage drivers. from 2000 to 2011 accidents caused by speeding increased from thirty to thirty three percent. The leading cause of death in teenagers is automobile accidents. (NHTSA) Seventy five percent of teen drivers crash due to critical errors like going to fast for road conditions. Speeding is a primary cause in a third of fatal crashes involving teen drivers, according to the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA).
There are few factors cause teens die in car accident. The main factor is teens are inexperience. They are more likely than order drivers to underestimate dangerous situation or no able to recognize situations. Distracted driving also is the reason cause teenager fatality.

In American society today, there are many laws designed to protect all citizens. One of the those laws is having a speed limit. Speed limits are posted to protect us. Studies show that raising or lowering speed limits do not change the way people drive. In residential areas the speed limit is somewhere around 25-35 MPH, on city streets it is usually 45-55 MPH, on major highways it is around 55-65 MPH, and on interstates it is 65-70 MPH.
