The Home Depot's most critical outer powers would likely be biological, sociocultural, and financial. The most critical powers for Ford Motor Company would likely be the legitimate, biological, and financial powers. The powers that are the same for the two organizations are financial and natural. The economy influences the two organizations on the grounds that if the economy is in a subsidence and buyers are not acquiring the same number of items, neither one of the companies would have the capacity to offer their items. For The Home Depot, some DIY activities may increment in a down economy[2]. Nonetheless, this is probably going to be more than counterbalance by the decrease in offers of strong products, (for example, dishwashers) amid a retreat.
