Pam Fraser’s poem, “ Our True Friendship” is a simple poem, and yet has lots of meaning for what true friendship really is. At the beginning of the poem, Fraser says that true friendship isn’t what we see with our eyes, but what we feel in our hearts. On these occasions, true friendship provided her with many things. Fraser learned the effects that are not the meaning of what true friendship and the key factors to having a true friendship. For Fraser, a true friendship brought her many “wonderful and colorful special factors” in her life, and she’s genuinely thankful to her friend for it(Fraser 14-15).
