Throughout the play Hamlet by William Shakespeare,(11) a clear and meaningful statement that is present is that it is easier to remember a person’s good qualities than it is to remember their bad qualities. Though this may be referenced at many times throughout the play,(13) it is supported best when Hamlet confesses his love for Ophelia now that she has passed and refuted when everyone realizes the king is to blame for each and everyone of their deaths. Grant. This film depicts the same meaningful statement that is represented throughout Hamlet. In brief,(15) the Prince of Wakanda,(5) who is also the Black Panther,(5) has taken the throne of his country due to his father's recent death. He is faced with a powerful enemy that he knew nothing about. His cousin that was left behind by his father in the United States and has grown up to be a part of the most elite special ops unit the United States offers and wants to take Wakanda’s greatest resource and use it to take over the rest of the world. The Black Panther is faced with multiple obstacles that he must overcome to defeat his cousin after he has challenged and stript him of his crown. In the end,(11) the black panther finds a way to defeat his long lost cousin. From that day forward,(11) T’Challa,(5) the Black Panther,(5) is remembered for his bravery and for the immense strength he showed as a king and as a protector of his kingdom while Erik Killmonger,(5) his cousin,(5) is remembered for destruction and hatred that coursed through his veins. Though their outcomes are very different,(11) they share connections through the idea that it is easier to remember a person’s good qualities than it is to remember their bad qualities. Thus explaining how Hamlet and The Black Panther are
