Global Conflict arises throughout the world after the start of World War II. World War II effectively stopped the world between 1939 and 1945.Beyond the United States, great travesties were taking place in Europe; these include the genocidal murder of 6million Jews during World War II in what is known as the holocaust. Yet, also in the home front the United States are drawn into the war after the attack on Pearl Harbor. The attack on Pearl Harbor has major implications back home; Japanese people in America were subject to relocation and immersed in discrimination. . Patriotism is at an all-time high during the war, the United States like most involved in the war mount a propaganda drive in support of the war. Yet, for the United States the war would not begin until the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 4, 1941. Warplanes were launched in a surprise attack on the U.S. Navy base at Pearl Harbor. When the dust was finally settled the attack on Peal Harbor would lead to the death of 2,333 American service men. Congress very soon after would declare war against Japan, and three days later, Germany and Italy would declare war against the United States. Patriotism soon after the war was at an all time high. The United States did their best to build morale by implementing wartime propaganda in the home front. Hollywood was in the middle of a lot of this visual wartime propaganda.
