Another positive attribute is I am reliable; I will strive to be at all of the meetings and activities that the chapter will bestow upon me. Last of all, I am a leader because I am passionate about the things I do while being open minded to the opinions of others. The FFA Chapter has many activities for members to participate in.

Our chapter’s motto is “noblesse oblige”- the idea that those who have been provided insight and opportunity must give back for the good of the community. All members of NHS had worked assiduously to achieve and maintain a position of respect and recognition. Now it was time for us to help others arrive at a similar position for themselves. Also, she defines the principles of management as the activities that “plan, organize, and control the operations of the basic elements of people, methods, materials, money, machines and markets, providing coordination and direction, and giving leadership to human efforts, so as to achieve the goals. A team is a group of people working together to achieve the team’s goal. Teams are different than other types of groups in that members are focused on a specific goal or product.
Warrant officers are the leaders of their field and experts in their trade. As such, they must be reliable, technically and tactically proficient, quick learners, and self-motivated, traits I already possess. I believe I have the necessary skills, experience, and leadership abilities to be a great asset to the Army as a Warrant Officer. I have more experience and training than most of my peers considering warrant officer as their next step.
